OCS Holdings, LLC is an independent product studio co-founded in 2026 by Matt Ferry and Josh Zepeda. We exist for a simple reason: to make software we wished already existed, and to keep refining it until it makes someone's day a little better.
No marketing team. No sales org. No agency contracts. The people who design an OCS product are the same people who build it, ship it, support it, and use it every day.
Co-founder. Sets the direction for OCS and the products we make. Believes small teams shipping with AI as a true collaborator can outbuild orgs ten times their size — and that the products that earn a place in the world are the ones built by people who care.
Co-founder. Leads engineering and architecture at OCS. Cares about craft, momentum, and building products that actually make a difference in the lives of the people using them. Pushes the bar on what a two-person studio can ship.
The trend cycle says ship fast, scale faster, exit before the bottom drops out. We don't believe in that anymore. The next generation of software will be built by small teams who care deeply about what they make and the people they make it for — and AI is the tool that finally makes that possible at scale.
Every product we ship moves toward that vision. Every line of code we write is in service of building tools that earn their place in the world.
Glider, AI Mesh, and SantiBot — all in private alpha. Each one is a real product we use ourselves, every day. Each one solves a problem we kept running into. None of them are services. None of them are pitches in search of an audience.
